Service issue, but ok

- **Small Center with Limited Space:** The center is quite compact with not much room to move around. - **Long Wait Time:** It took me about 2 hours to get through the queue, which was quite frustrating. - **Cooperative Operators:** Despite the wait, the operators were helpful and cooperative, making the process smoother. - **Poor Queue Management:** There isn't a well-organized space for queuing, leading to a lot of confusion and discomfort for those waiting. - **Seating Available:** There are tables where people can sit, but the overall space remains crowded and cramped. - **Crowded Environment:** The center tends to be very crowded, making it hard to navigate and wait comfortably. - **Lack of Weather Protection:** There is no proper shed or cover to protect people from rain or sunlight, which can be quite inconvenient during bad weather.

I had been here for Water Connection. Very active and helpfull staf is here. Completed all process in just 15 min. Only negative point is Depart ment is at first Flr. and for paymet You just need to go down to parking area and then come back to first flr. Old people may face this problem. Otherwise every thing is good here.

I came here for my kids Adhar card enrollment and there server was down after waiting for whole day. Next day again in same line...process very slow. Ideally there should be another line for kids as they can't stay for longer hours. I could see people with kids of 2 years who are struggling here in line. #punedistrictcollectoroffice there should be some procedure made from your end if Adhar card is mandatory for all

The Aadhaar enrolment and Update centre here is the best I have been to. The staff was excellent, hard working, fast in their job and also very cooperative. A proper queue system is followed to get in the centre which makes the process fair and worth waiting. God bless the staff working here for getting everything done quickly and helping citizens of India !

Very bad experience. I applied for name change. I was waiting for Aadhar card. I waited for 20 days and then I called customer care. Then I got to know that worker from F Zone had submitted blur xerox copies. So docs were rejected. I met worker then without clarifying she told me to contact with customer care. She refused me to advise further. It was forth time I was going for same process. Now I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Hopeless. Rude. Unprofessional.Dont want to work at all. They will ask you to go to other aadhar centre. And they focus on there daily work and kids etc

Always Server Not available. For 5mins of work you have to wait 5 hours.. For their Data Entry mistake in Stamp duty or Challan, You have to pay again for Correction... And at the end you can't do anything except paying.
