Had an excellent experience at the Aadhar center. The staff were very well trained, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Exceptional customer service - they were patient, courteous, and ensured all my queries were resolved. The center was clean and well-maintained, with good seating facilities that made the wait comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free Aadhar service! Just quick note: Token distribution from 8:00AM to 9:30AM. (Monday to Friday). Please take token for seamless services.

This is the best Aadhaar center for sure in PCMC / Wakad vicinity. I had tried various centers but all had issues like machine not working, untrained staff, 5 tokens or 10 tokens limit etc. But this center really exceeded my expectation, I also heard other people praising the center staff here for their good work. Rahul and Rushikesh - both are very very helpful, both members are very professional and hard working. Absolutely hasslefree experience I had there for my kid's new aadhaar application, they explained the process clearly, helped to download and print docs if someone missed it and filled the forms for people to avoid mistakes and errors in form. I had a very smooth and efficient experience at the Aadhaar Enrollment Center at Nage Bhau School. The process was fast and well-managed. Hrishikesh was extremely kind and helpful--he assisted with everything related to my Aadhaar update. They distribute tokens from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, but if you're only doing a minor update like a photo change (which I had), you can simply call Hrishikesh. He'll provide a token over the phone and tell you exactly what time to come, which saves a lot of waiting. Overall, this is easily one of the best Aadhaar centers in Pune in terms of service and convenience. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at the Aadhaar Centre while updating my biometrics. The team managed the entire process efficiently, following a well-organized token system that ensured smooth and disciplined execution. There was no unnecessary waiting, and every step was handled with professionalism. I truly appreciate their efforts and have never experienced such efficiency at any other enrollment center. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service!

Just An update about Parking. Please try not to visit by CAR. It's a very narrow road to the centre and chances are you might miss the Left turn from BRT road. Even if you are successful to take your car upto the centre, you find that on narrow road there are multiple Cars parked at the side of the road and you don't have any option to drive in reverse back to BRT road. From BRT road you can comfortably walk to the centre as it's only 150-200 mtrs. Otherwise service of this adhare centre is very good. Knowledge people, guiding you the best possible solution for your issues. Thank You..!

I went for token for Aadhar enrolment for my child's Aadhar. The denied enrollment citing reason that name of mine includes fathers name in child birth certificate and in Aadhar card of mine, it is without father name and telling me to get it corrected in birth certificate and now after 5 year, I have to get my father name removed from my name in child birth certificate or get the Aadhar number updated in child birth certificate. I mentioned that I have got license which has field for father name to establish mine and my father name, but still said no. If you don't want to do your job and sit idle, say it directly, please don't give lame excuses.

Edit : Upgrading one star just for operators attempts to reach out for a solution. These are courteous people for sure. While birth certificate is not mandatory for children born before 1-10-2023, operator demands the same. Though I have birth certificate, he refused to give token to me on the basis that parent aadhar number is not available on it. Attaching uidai screenshot stating birth certificate is mandatory post 1-10-2023 only.

People working there were very rude. Went directly for new adhar for 2yr. But the people rudely said 'Dint you know what the rules are'. You have to go at 8am and write your name, won't entertain you at any other time.
