Very bad customer service. I came three days in a row to update phone number in Aadhar card. Every time they gave some excuses. The office is supposed to open at 10am but was closed until 11:30am. I called and asked if updating mobile number is possible and the lady there said "yes" and I said I will come now. I went there within 15 minutes and the lady then said that the machine to update phone number is in another store and it is not possible to do it that day. Would not recommend this branch.

Even after many negative reviews I had to visit this place.. Firstly I didn't take appointment.. Secondly when I called too, I was told to come the next day as it was a busy day.. But I still visited and surprisingly the owner is a cool headed and thorough gentleman.. He has completed aadhar enrolment knowing it was important for me to get it done the same day.. Not by any recommendations, just understanding the need of others.. Thanks a lot sir.. I strongly recommend this center.. He didn't even expect anything more than thanks.. Hard to find people like Ravi these days

The staff working here are very helpful and polite. They make us verify everything in document thoroughly so that no error happens. Thanks.

You have to take appointment at 8:00 in the morning. Rate of work is extremely slow. Only 6 people are entertained per hour.

Best palce its not easy to do some much. people this days dont have patients but the guy is very cool. very supportive. 5 STAR

I spoke to the people here. They are helpful. Apparently machine is not working since two months. Better call them before visiting them.

Its very busy place, so need to have some patience to get your work done.
