Aadhar Card Enrollment Centre

I called on given phone number on site at afternoon. Lady on phone asked me to come before 4.00 pm , when i reached there ( in 30 min ) shutter was down with notice that server is down, when I enquired, I have been told that server is down since morning. Very frustrating and not sure why that person asked me come if server down since morning.

Since the past few weeks we have visited the Aundh office atleast 5 times and have interacted with Prasanna Bhalerao. He has been very professional, helpful and polite each time. I must add that it was impressive to see how well he multitasked, not keeping people waiting but at the same time efficiently handling all customer queries. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him. I wish him growth and success. Thank you.

No queue system. No seating arrangements. It's a total mess. It opens at anytime. No fixed hours. There are conflicting messages given when we went there and what the Adhar call center conveys. Since adhar is mandatory for every citizen in India there should be consistent information passed on to public and better service provided. Senior citizens are the ones who suffer the most due to this unorganized way of management.

You need to meditate for an hour or so before going to this place, because you are gonna need a lot of patience to get your work done. It should take hardly 2-3 minutes for one customer BUT the operator shows us his multitasking skills to a great extent and eventually it takes 15-20 minutes for one customer. He clicks on a button and then he is deep into his mobile. Just forgets to click next. This continues for the whole day.

Be prepared to wait in the queue for a long time. Better go there at 9 am. Grab a form, it has handwritten token number. Fill it out and wait for your turn in the queue. Chit chat with others, get into your phone or go out and comeback before your turn. Almost no place to sit while waiting in the queue. The operators are friendly. Their systems are so slow. No prior appointment on any portal necessary.

Government has to take care of such locations...it's a serious matter ...small room with two employees working for 20-30 people...no queue arrangements no seating arrangement. Pathetic service. Mr. Prasanna Bhalerao (the one at Aadhar Center) is not doing his job. Illogical statements. Very annoying. Government must take strict action against such employees.

Aadhar enrolment and correction center. They will charge you 100 rupees and do the biometric update in case of any correction. Waiting time depend on the crowd so it may vary from few minutes to few hours. Even the timing is up to 2 pm they use to work beyond that. Employee are very helpful. They will give you enough time and are not in hurry.
