They have listed on Google as Aadhar center but do not work on aadhar related jobs. Notice pasted outside the centre clearly says no aadhar renewal or update done here. Do not waste your time.

The operator who took the enrollment did a terrific job, given that there was a long queue. Waiting in a long queue on a Friday evening 4 pm was a shock to me though. If you want to avoid queues, better to go at 330 and be first one to enroll as soon as the operator comes in at 4 pm. The timing for Aadhar is 4 to 6 pm, Mon- Fri.

Good services, but they can improve it even more then existing one. One can easily get Aadhar card, pan card from here if he or she has all proper set of documents required. Better services in hadapsar area. You can get smart card for your Aadhar card as well but for this you have to pay extra 100-200 rupees. Depends on the situation and crowd. By the way place is very good. They are always ready to solve customers problem.

I went to 2 other center's in Pune and could not get my work done. Here, I got it done in first attempt. By far I have been there thrice, once for myself, then wife, then parents. All three times, work was done in first attempt. The trick is simple: 1) Reach by 9am. You'll probably be 1st of 3rd or max 5th in the queue if you reach at 9am. 2) Get the aadhar form for new or update from the shop on the left(left of the aadhar office not your left). This shop opens by 10ish. Make sure you have Rs 2 in change. 3) The office will open before or by 10am. They don't get late. But you will be taken in by 10.30am. So make sure when you reach at 9am you just don't go roaming around, stick to the queue. 4) The tokens they give you just has date, no numbers, there will be some jerks who would try to break the line, just try to make sure they don't. 5) For aadhar update, you'll need an address proof and your original aadhar card. They don't need a photocopy of it, you'll get the document back after it's scanned. 6) The actual process takes 5minutes or less. Be it updating name, address, mobile or email. 7) Pay Rs 30 as the charge for which you also get a receipt and that's it. If you are amongst first 5, 100% of the times you'll be done by 11am. If you are in the later part of the queue, be prepared to stand in the queue with people trying to cheat their way in before you.

They are supposed to work on Adhar card. But outside of office they hav stuck notice asking not to waste their time by nquiring about Adhar Card. Also I had enquired about other documents which was mentioned in their office, but for those documents also they said no. I simply don't understand what work do they do. Where to escalate these issues?

Long queue. Lengthy process to take appointment for any type of work especially for Addhar card update. When I went(15th Feb) for mobile number update on Adhar card they me to came on 20th March for appointment. Other than adhar card all are OK.

If you are going for any aadhar related work then First you need to go someday in the morning and get in the queue for appointment(you may get a date for next week or after 10 days ) . Once you get the appointment then you need to come on that particular date to get Your work done between 10 am to 4 pm. Make sure for takkng appointment you vome early as only first 60 people only will get appointment.

Worst experience.. They did not give any receipt even after asking and after a month I called to know the status of my PAN updation they denied that i have given any application... Please ask for receipt after payment and take follow up... I'm totally in loss.. Lost money, time. 1 star bhi deserve nhi karte ye log
