Maha E Seva Kendra(ShivTirtha)

I had a very good experience at this centre and would highly recommend others to get their official work done from here . The owner, Mr Kumre is kind and approachable. He always answers the calls. My work was completed within a day. Other staff too is humble.

Maha e seva kendra located in rohan corner building when you just entered shivtirth nagar. Its located in basement corner so have to climb steps down. They also do Aadhar changes and there is token system for only 25 per day. Other works such as register of affidavit etc undertaken here. They also have xerox machine. I paid 148 rs for registration of affidavit. The staff was Polite and helpful and there wasn't much rush and work was completed quickly. Its open 10 to 5 and closed on Sundays.

Worst experience - They just find reasons for not doing work

I had booked an appointment for address update in my aadhar card and the owner of the place Chandrakant Kumbre is really very helpful person. He picked up phone calls when i had an query with my application & due to his accurate details my address was quickly updated in first round of the application. I would surely recommend this place for all your government document application and updates.

Maha E Seva Kendra is located in Shivtirtha Nagar Society, in Kothrud. The Society gate (Kaman) is visible from the main road itself. It has design like a Fort wall. The office of the maha e Seva Kendra is located on the ground floor of the building. I think buildings name is Rohan. The gentleman there was very kind to answer all the queries one had, without getting irritated. There are many services they provide like aadhar card mobile No. Change, aadhar Card updation and most importantly for senior citizens - JEEVAN PRAMAN CERTIFICATE!

Good news for pensioners! The only e-seva kendra possibly which is fully functional and has bio-metric system working. Rest all other centers are hard to believe as a e-seva centers. Not sure how the govt folks picked them to be e-seva kendra for such an important office where pensioners are heavily dependent. I would rate the services of this center at Shiv Tirtha Nagar to be good, however request them to fix few things like services of linking Aadhaar Card with PAN card should also be provided at this center and they should not direct old people to some other center.
