Aadhar Seva kendra

I visited this centre twice in November for enrolment of my daughter's Aadhaar. I had specifically asked to put address as mentioned on my i.e. parent's Aadhaar but the lady at the desk put address mentioned on birth certificate of my daughter which was our temporary address. Now the enrolment request has been rejected stating mismatch in Address mentioned on Enrolment Form and Parent's Aadhaar.

I visited the Aadhar Seva Kendra near Shivaji Nagar on today December 5th to update my home address on my Aadhar card. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of a lady officer who was designated to assist the public. Despite a minor issue with the Sarpanch Stamp on my form, the officer's response was unexpectedly rude and angry. While I acknowledge that proper documentation is essential, the officer's dismissive attitude and refusal to provide a new form were unwarranted. It is important for government officials, especially those in service-oriented roles, to communicate respectfully and helpfully with the public. I later sought assistance from another Aadhar center near the Setu office, where I received the necessary support and a new form without any issues. I would recommend that the concerned officer at the Shivaji Nagar Aadhar Seva Kendra adopt a more patient and helpful approach in dealing with people, considering the diverse backgrounds and challenges individuals may face when seeking assistance.

Very good service from that girl.. She give all information clearly and complete our work..

Bad service, lunch time was over at 3:00 pm , and it's now 4:00 pm still it is not open...
