It is near Kapurbavdi flyover, you can book appointments online too and they have a token system where they check your documents and accordingly guide you how to proceed. Once you take the token, there will be documents verified and then sent to another counter for system update. If you are bringing a registered document for address change, you need to bring a colour copy. There is no Xerox shop in building so it's near masjid near flyover. Parking is next to the building with 20rs for bike and 40 for car. Overall sorted process for aadhar update. It's starts morning at 9am.

I visited the Aadhaar Card Service Center at Kapur Bawdi for a name change in my Aadhaar Card. The experience was appalling. It's been 5-6 months and my name hasn't been updated yet, with no satisfactory response from their end. Calling them is a nightmare - you wait for hours and the call gets disconnected. Emails only yield automated responses. My advice would be to avoid this center and instead visit a bank for Aadhaar-related services. You'll face less crowd and your work will be done promptly. The staff here seems idle and unhelpful. *Update:* If you've had a similar experience, please do share your feedback and raise your voice. Avoid this center if possible.

Quick process if server is stable. Once you get the token your number will call within 15 mints. Don't argue with the staff they also helpless if server is not working. Staff is helpfull btw. Also please make sure your documention are completed. Thanks to staff Namrata for quick enrollment process

Very worst service They don't know how to talk wid people and very disgusting verifer counters set Ary empty only 2 person are working on conter reaming 3 are roaming are and there only one girl is working on conter boy is just sitting and saying form bharna hai app ko bulaenge I had visited 12 pm still I had not able to fill my form very slow service Even management is very slow they should know thes is big service centre in Thane wid many running people for aadhar update but no response My humble request to adhar Kendra Seva plz notice on my point and make it possible because one one is free I saw some pregnant lady and old ladies are just sitting solo even they don't know that to do and how to do your verifier is not interested in working I think so. You security is good he is not that much educated but still he is giving her best and all people are also asking him

The staff here appear completely unqualified to handle sensitive government documentation and verification processes. They seem unaware of the official guidelines listed on the Aadhaar website and instead enforce their own arbitrary rules. It is alarming that individuals so poorly trained are responsible for managing such important government services. Employees at this centre require immediate retraining..This is a mockery of public service

Wherever you are staying in thane and you wish for a neat and quick decent adhaar service, visit this centre. This is a well equipped centre with gadgets and executives. Even if there is any technical issue their senior staff executives come for rescue. This is best centre for senior citizens. There is ample of space for sitting. Mall has a lift and toilets. They have a waterpurifier inside. They have solutions to all your problems at least they don't keep you hanging and if you have al patient with you they can give you preference. This is a good service centre. Hope they continue their good work. Their good work is due to the current staff and the personal attention of few good managers Sr. And Jr staff.

Low quantity of management, Even online booking doesn't help you, you need to stand in line to get physical token Biometric update for kids are free as per gov rule but center charge for biometric update, staff are not cooperative

This place doesn't even deserve one star--it deserves zero ,The staff is completely unhelpful and just wastes everyone's time. They lack even a fundamental understanding of Aadhaar updates. My Aadhaar update was rejected three times, and when I asked them why, they had no answer. Even after showing my documents, they couldn't explain the issue. Instead, they told me to ask the manager, who was extremely egoistic and rude. He doesn't even know how to behave with customers. To make matters worse, the center was in terrible condition--there was no AC or even a fan running, despite the place being packed with people. If the staff cannot solve basic queries and the management doesn't care about providing a decent environment, why are they even there? Their attitude is unprofessional, and they seem more interested in avoiding work than actually helping people. This place is a complete failure in terms of customer service and efficiency.
