Aadhar Card Registration Office - e-Aadhar

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I was standing in front of the staff member for more than 5 minutes and she was busy talking with her colleagues. And when I just said"Excuse me" several times, the staff member got angry for no reason. She wasn't even working.

Rude staff. Didn't make my daughter's aadhar card for two months, kept demanding papers and pointing out small small mistakes. They demanded school certificate and when school certificate was issued, they said the principle's sign should not be in green pen. They said if we issued aadhar card, we will be fined. I knew they wanted money. Bloody corrupt people. They said, We would lose our job. I Was fed up, went to their head office in Lake city mall. There, They made my daughters aadhar card within 5 minutes without demanding any papers.

System is well organized. Please take token prior 10am. Sitting arrangements are available. They call as per token and completing 10-12 persons in 1 hr with 4 counters.

Out of 4 counters only 1 was active. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Didn't even bother to reply on any doubts.

Talks very rudely, waits a lot and even after having some documents, always says that other documents will not work, tries to show off too much

The centre is no more functional now. May be because of less workload. Now Aadhar card enrollment center is working in the District collector office which is adjacent to this location.

Service was too good....

Extremely arrogant staff. Not at all helpful. Always misguide people
