Aadhar Enrollment Centre, District Collectorate

Timings are from 10 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday. However they are closed on second and fourth Saturdays. Tokens are distributed a little before 10 am. It is suggested that you attend in the line from 8 or 8.30 am in order to get your work completed before noon. Alternatively, you can also book an appointment by noting your name on the register and come on that date at any time. Your work will be done. New Aadhar enrollment and biometric updates for children is free. For any updates to be made, you will have to pay rs. 50 and for colour printout, rs. 30 need to be paid. These are govt charges and you get a receipt for the same. Please carry your original documents with you.

Great experience at this Aadhar Card center. As a NRI the process is slightly different and it was well explained by the central manager. I am not a resident of Thane and had documents from Solapur and yet the office helped enroll appropriately per the formal process. Very clean and airy office. No stress. Highly recommended.

Pathetic,Rude ,Arrogant staff (Reshma R & Ramdas Sawant) at the kharkhar alley thane( W) aadhar card centre .They are least bothered and unhelpful. No quality, No caliber..Complete misfit for the job or any job..Need to file complaint against such staff and needed action should be taken by the authorities..

pathetic. the staff has no mannerisms at all. they don't deserve to be employed. others with great skill set are unemployed and such I'll mannered over smart people are. an employee named renu is absolutely disrespectful. upon entering no one wanted to help me out and just started laughing. worst centre ever. I hope misfortune upon all employees there

Good service' Aadhar enrollment centre working hours - 11a.m to 5p.m. Token system is available. For each updatation 15-20 minutes are required. Staff is supportive.

Most poor service. I applied for gadget they said it'll come in 15 20 days I did not bother them for 25 days they have a number asked to call before picking up my document. Now they don't respond on text and cut my call every day . Please don't Go over here you'll get another Center at police line and gavdevi they are way better than this rude inhuman people

Extremely worst service. There machines dont work They keep on doing timepass in front of people Just keep on arguing with everyone Speaking is very impolite with elders as well.

This very poor & unhappy bad service from renu chaurasiya ( white beauty ).she is doing very poor& pathatic work with service.i was visit in adhar centre in collecter office in thane west.and ask for only my father name is correction.she tell me you fill up geztte form for father name after we will do correction Father name I'm tell ok.all details and documents submit.she told me after 20 days you will receive sms & also she give her mob no and tell me if any urgent you do call ya what's app msg.2 months complete sep 7th we fill up gejet form all Oct month complet but we not recieve any msg when we call ya send msg for update my adhar but she never pickup the call and not give me any update for my adhar.after
