Low quantity of management, Even online booking doesn't help you, you need to stand in line to get physical token Biometric update for kids are free as per gov rule but center charge for biometric update, staff are not cooperative

I was able to get the number during morning time and get the aadhar updated in 3 weeks. Happy with the service they have provided. Try to come during morning since no one is present at that time. Only 30 numbers are given in the morning between 9:30 and 10:30am In order to complete the process get all the forms told by the representative. If you have all the forms needed and duly completed form, the process will take 15-20mins The staff is not equipped with good laptop or equipment needed to do their work but try their best to get your aadhar updated. The office timing is 9:30am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm

Extremely unhelpful, arrogant staff, even they don't have sense to talk to people, very rude behaviour to pregnant customer, don't visit here

Extremely unhelpful and rude staff who is neither efficient nor knowledgeable. They don't even know for updating biometric after 15 years payment is not needed. My daughter's fingerprints were not recorded at first go and they told me that the prints would never be recorded.
