The staff is very helpful, they are working straight 8 hours without lunch break. They are so busy that they don't have time for a water and restroom break. The male representative was very cooperative and help beyond the way to help. Do not go to any agents as they will try to rip you. At the center the representatives answered all the question and provided great guidance. Kids under 18 year old are eligible for new Aadhar card, Adults above 18 must get it done at center in Andheri. The place could use som more seating, which is probably coming soon.

Hopeless, lazy service. The person sitting there is trying to extract money by giving preference to others. Token system is for namesake, I would suggest concerned authority to check for efficiency and take action.

Worse people hired in the office. I applied for gazzet they have made clear mistake in gazzet but not ready to accept. Entering datil without reviewing documents which was provied.Instead blaming us and asking to pay again for new gazzet. Uneducated and nonsence staff get rid of those pathetic people.

Horrible experience!! They even refuse to make Aadhar for a child even though all documents met as per the person on the UIDAI help line !! These guys just don't want to work

Extreamly bad service whenever you go for aadhar service they tell u dates or busy , this place needa to be shutdown

The thoughtfulness & kindness was well appreciated towards me, a senior citizen.

Pathetic staff and service too. They do not provide correct and complete information to the applicants and speaks rudely. Their employees are not synced with the statutory information that leads to mishaps.

Staff is so much rude.not telling proper information
