Personally I had a very very bad experience here, i waited for 2 hrs in queue, I wanted to update my aadhar details, I had done the procedures but my aadhar card not got updated after 2 months also (as I was not in town i've not taken the follow up) i found that the staff is giving me unsatisfactory answers when I asked them after 2 months..they said that this is because technical reasons, they have taken 50 rupees of nothing, later I updated my aadhar from hdfc bank and got updated in 2 days only..
