Tura Head Post Office

After 3 days was gone my parcel was arrived in tura post office 10/11/24 but branch was not dispatch at yet .. Whats the problem your guys are helping people na then why so much time you guys consume please tell... You all are the government employees so please you all are working gentle

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! LATE/NO DELIVERY!!! No point of sending a package by speed-post. What could have been delivered as early as 3 days takes a month or more to get delivered and it's not only one time but all the time. Also, most of the times they don't deliver; we have to go to the main post office and look for our packages. The packages remain in their office for so long undelivered. Today I talked to an employee over the phone asking questions as to why my parcel has not been delivered and he responded so arrogantly and rudely. He said parcel was there but wasn't giving it either when going to pick it up from office. On asking why, he was reluctant to give answers. Hence, in case of emergency, never send your package to TURA via INDIA POST because they will DELIVER VERY LATE or NOT DELIVER at all. They don't care whether we receive or not.

Worst service ever.....never in my life have seen them delivering the items on time...they will never call and inform you if your parcel is there, you have to go and check it yourself and the parcel always get delivered somewhere else .. i wonder if they themselves take the parcel home and keep it..if no one come to claim them!!!!

Some of the staff are arrogant. Most are good natured though. Lost 50% of the contents in a parcel my gf sent me once and wouldn't note down a complaint. Postman delivers on time. Not satisfied with their grievance management.

Very bad service! Delivering goods to wrong people. I ordered some books from flipkart but when i went to get it the product was nowhere to be found, tracked the shipment ID yes the product was delivered but the actual product was missing. They took contact and called next day and said the product has been taken by another person. Very irresponsible of you tura head post office, please be responsible and do your work deligently.

Very poor service. They didn't transfer the account to other branch even after 10 days of submission of transfer application/form in this digital era.

Services need to improve, especially the postmen they are not delivering things in time. Most of the time we have to go posts office and collect our letter or parcel
