I found the services to be reasonable. The people coming there to address their requirements need to show some sense of discipline to speed up the process. Crowding at the place won't help any one. They ask all to come in queue but no one listens. Why blame them when we are at fault?

Worst experience. They gave me date for photograph. Cancelled & gave another date. Time given 4pm. Till 7pm we are still waiting for photography. They are telling we can't give approximately time for photography. Everyone was facing the same problem. Everybody's time is important. How can they kill our valuable time? Everyone here is irritated. Govt shouldn't give responsibility to these bogus fellows.

Pathetic experience while updating Aadhar or PAN here. Although they take the money upfront, they don't start the process of updating it then, often lingering it for days and doing it only after asking for it multiple times. Best avoid them for PAN / AADHAAR updation since there are multiple good outlets out there that do a far better job.

It's been two months, I applied for my PAN. The respective person who's in charge of this 'Jana Seva Kendra' seems not do helping when it comes to 'seva'. Paid 200/- before two months for a single pan. Not done till am writing this review. Number unavailable. Numerous false promise, several times of going there all of no use. Sigh.

Very bad conduct of the staff. Computer is not working . People are waiting in standing for hours but the staff have no response. Customers are waiting in road in hot day but staff are seating in cool room. They are only cheating the public.

Very nice and polite people. It may take you some time to get your work done because of single que but it's okay. They are very professional and helpful.

Whenever I go there , they told me they have server issue come next day and it happens next day also , govt should revoke janseva Kendra from this place z these people are simply ripping of govt by doing nothing

They Don't have Addhar facilities , made us come 2-3 times and on 3rd time after making us wait , it came on their mind they don't have the link currently to work on Addhar correction facilities.. Hopeless
