Regional Passport Office

Security allows only one person inside whose work is there after screening. People who came with the applicant is not even allowed to go inside the gate. They have to stand outside the gate in the road. This is super pathetic. People come here from long distances for passport related work and their accompaniment is made to stand outside. no access to drinking water and toilet.

Completely mismanagement and poor services no air conditioned or ventilations proper available there...along with super wastage of time for the file which mistakes are self created by them.. services have degraded much then previously

The passport service needs to act immediately as the government generates significant revenue from application fees. Other countries benefit from the opportunities provided when individuals travel, study, or engage in business. Delays in processing create unnecessary frustration and hinder opportunities. It's crucial for the passport service to streamline operations and ensure timely processing to keep pace with global standards

Improper management, people are becoming harash by the Young security guard. Hope Passport office staff are in very comfort zone. Utilizing uneducated young security, keeping different plea, they are not passing the applicant for appointment in passport office helpdesk.

Appalling Experience with Regional Passport Office Bhubaneswar I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service provided by the Regional Passport Office in Bhubaneswar. Despite applying for a passport in September and completing police verification within 10 days, I have been waiting for updates for over five months. As I work outside of Odisha, I have had to take leave from my job to visit the office three times. Each time, my documents were verified, and I was assured that my passport would be delivered within 20 days. Unfortunately, it's been months since my application was processed. I have made numerous phone calls and emails, but my efforts have been in vain. To make matters worse, the security personnel at the office do not even allow relatives to enter the premises. I am completely frustrated and feel helpless. The Regional Passport Office in Bhubaneswar has provided an abysmal service, and I would not hesitate to give them a negative rating if possible.

I had a excellent smooth going experience at this place..Thanks to all the staffs specially TCS staffs..No tips ,no bribe ,No stress.. Seems our country is improving a lot.. Every government department clerks should be replaced by TCS staffs I felt today..such a wonderful experience over here..take ur documents required & have a smooth experience.. One bad point was xerox cost per page was Rs 5..

Has been a month now for passport renew. No response to calls and emails. I request all folks who are facing similar issues to escalate and highlight the issues in X(tweeter) and tag pmo, eambharat, foreign ministry. Let them know how our tax payers money is getting wasted.

All the process for the passport is smooth. Water and toilets facilities available. It takes only 1 hour for all the verification and processing of the fresh passport. Nice experience and the staffs are also cooperative. U have to bring the documents like aadhar and matriculation certificate in original and photocopy. If you have the appointment SMS then no need of printing appointment receipt . Its only half km from crpf square. Prior appointment is necessary. If you don't bring the photocopy of documents then Xerox facilities is available at Rs 1 per page. Overallly my experience is 10/10.
