I am writing to express my disappointment with the pathetic service and mismanagement at the UIDAI-Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Vani Vihar during my recent visit. I had booked an online appointment, and my scheduled time was 11:00 AM. Despite this, I was made to wait for 35 minutes, which is unacceptable given that appointments are meant to ensure timely service. To make matters worse, while there were numerous counters in the center, only two were operational, causing unnecessary delays. The situation was further aggravated by the office staff watching reels during duty hours, reflecting a complete disregard for their responsibilities. The verifier desk staff were equally disappointing. They were impolite, unprofessional, and offered rigid, unhelpful responses to basic queries. Their attitude made it seem as though they assumed we frequent the center regularly. There was no effort to explain the process or clarify the required documents. Frankly, my experience deserves a zero-star rating. It is appalling to witness such negligence and inefficiency in a government-authorized service center. It raises serious questions about how this center was granted a license to operate. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure staff accountability, improve the professionalism of the personnel, and implement measures to make this center functional and user-friendly. I hope this complaint will be treated seriously and prompt corrective steps will be taken. The staff were very cooperative and patient with the process. They guided and instructed us well. Especially Bidyuta ma'am, who helped me and my friends with our time taking work. Good place.
