I don't know about the service yet my husband had slot here as a wife I had come as a proof of our marriage. It's rediculous there is no waiting room here atleast there is no place to sit and the many people sitting under the trees and in bikes you should atleast arrange some chairs for the co visitors as some people come from very long distance And I suggest atleast arrange some chairs in parking slot as there is very minimal vehicles in the parking slot and this is the minimum kind of respect u give for us as minimum waiting period will be more than half an hour so I sincerely request make an eye on visitors minimum facilities.

No waiting room no parking want to wait on roads full traffic jam security wont allow inside for waiting under staff parking area harsh talking by security that not to enter inside if its rains also we have to wait outside and in sunny also like that only

My Wife recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra and had a disappointing experience. The staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful. Even though our marriage certificate was correct and according to government guidelines, they did not have proper knowledge and created unnecessary issues. The environment was also not peaceful, which made the whole process stressful. I hope the staff can receive better training so that people have a smoother and more respectful experience.

Normal turn around time.. took 1 hr for the entire process.. went in for kids passport renewal Carry all the required documents. Went early at 9, parking was not a problem able to park in front of office.

Nice maintenance, passport will be quickly shipped after all procedures completed friendly staff

I went few years back there i think 2021, previously I noticed there is lot of traffic,no parking for vehicles mainly there is no waiting room for the customers.now its 2025 October but the development is Totally "0".its a government passport office and it's totally disgusting, our leaders, officials failed to fulfil the needs of the citizens.

I went for renewal here and worried about the past reviews. The process was smooth, they have a Xerox machine inside incase if your aadhar or old passport is not so clear. Firstly security let's in per the slot time, then document verification (Old passport, application form, Aadhar) will be done at ground floor. You can either carry appointment hard copy or show on mobile. I didn't carry a hard copy of the appointment. Then they will guide to first floor where document scans, photo and biometrics will be done. Then another set of verification at a tokenized counter happens after which we will move to last counter where old passport will be punched, stamped cancelled (visa if any remains valid) with GOI seal and said a new passport will be sent in a week. Security on the floor is polite and keeps guiding the people as per token number. At last a feedback is requested. Overall process was smooth and took around 45 min. Washrooms could be little cleaner and they can provide some waiting area for dependents instead of keeping them waiting standing for an hour on road opposite to PSK.

They don't know difference between original certificates and duplicate certificates. They rejected birth certificates given by government of ap and government doctor including government stamps etc.... We went back and ask the satyavalayam staff they said this is original certificate who is that fellow said these are not original. That means government giving duplicate certificates ??? Or????
