Passport Seva Kendra

Today, I visited the Passport Seva Kendra with my mother to assist her with the passport application process. The experience was extremely frustrating. The staff member at the entrance insisted that only the applicant was allowed inside and did not permit attendants under any circumstances. Despite explaining that it was very hot outside and informing him that I had recently undergone surgery and was unwell, our request to sit in the waiting/request room was bluntly refused. We were repeatedly told to go outside without any empathy or consideration for health conditions. This lack of basic courtesy and humane treatment was very disappointing.The person is very rude towards kids . As my little one stood up and he started yelling at her this is what happens only when no strict actions are not taken towards people who are working in government sector .

The person who is working in the kendra doesnot no the local languange and also behaving with the people very rude and for little kids also he is not even showing the concern

This is the worst branch due to the consultant. He knows nothing about passports yet holds a position where everyone's urgent needs depend on him, causing unnecessary delays.

I applied my passport on 23 rd September and verification from police on 26 th September till today I haven't received passport . When i went to vijayawada passport office they said the it will be delayed in gudivada .. worest experience

For the employees who put forth a lot of effort at this PSK, I gave them three stars. The greatest advice I can give is to disregard POPSK applications because they are completed offline. RPO gives priority to PSK applications first, and only after that will they work on POPSK applications if we applied the PCC there. For PCC, If we declare a marriage during the appointment, the original marriage certificate and a self-adhesive duplicate of the certificate must be carried out. Just wondering why POPSKs won't ask for a marriage certificate despite the fact that we indicated our marital status on the form. however because your marriage document is missing, your application has been put on hold then you need to visit RPO to rectify your problems. based on my own experience, I am providing this knowledge.

Go to the office on your appointment day, 1)go to the officer once you enter , and submit the Appointment(time, with date..listed as sequence ) xerox , and then he will ask your address proof(aadhar card), Date of birth proof xerox and originals(pancard) (which you have submitted online),tenth class original and xerox certificate, he will put seal on xerox and issue originals back to you 2)Then your photo will be taken 3) The signature which you needed on the original passport will be taken 4)Details will be verified by passport officer again 5)Then the Xerox documents will be scanned and fingerprints of both hands will be taken 6)They will give all your Xerox back to you 7)After 5 days police verification will be done 8)No need to carry any passport photo Or application xerox 9)if you are coming from west Godavari district , select Visakhapatnam passport office instead of vijayawada passport office
