Worst experience. I have visited several passport offices in India and Canada. However, this appears to be a fish market rather than a professional establishment. I see that only one staff member is present. It is clearly stated that a hard copy of the acknowledgment is not required, but they demanded it, which completely shocked me. Even TCS, which handles passport services, is not helping the public. Poor location and service.

Always try to book at PSK for faster process. If you apply at POPSK, it may take around month to get passport. Since kadapa has POPSK it may take longer. But if you apply at PSK, then within 4 to 5 days you will get passport.

1.No ac 2.No proper procedure 3.only 3 staffs are working 4.waiting time 2hours plus 5.Need to attend 3 to 4 counters to clear procedure 6.No drinking water 7.No ventilation 8.No TV information for que waiting 9.kids are feeling suffocation more 10.Taking too long for each individual applicant. 11.No information about the waiting period. 12.Kids are literally crying a lot due to long waiting period. 13.No Restroom 14.Very difficult for kids and elders. 15. Diabetes patients will have to forcefully skip lunch while waiting, because of no que process and no one knows when their turn is coming. Please dear passport office Kadapa take care of applicants, there are kids,elders,busy people. When its time for lunch staff is leaving premises without leaving any clue to the waiting applicants. This is huge disrespectful towards the waiting applicants.

I have applied for passport re-issue and fresh passports for my daughter and wife. Staff were really helpful. Police verification for my wife happened very next day & for me n my daughter happened after two weeks. But got our passports with in 15 days. Thanks to the quick services.

It could have been a great experience as some of the below reviews have mentioned and probably the couple days I have visited gone bad. Here we go..... One of the pathetic experiences which shows the negligence of government or govt contracted employees in tier 2 and tier 3 popsk.. Pros: Ample parking available outside, but refrain from parking a 4 wheeler as the in way gets blocked by 11 am. You can park on the adjacent road. Outside of the office you will find a lot of shade as the entire premise is covered with trees. Cons: They have an office equipped with 4 ACs but none of then were running, event hough all of them were in working condition (Probably saving elec bill ) The centre opens up crazy late around 10 am and once it is open, there is no appointment, queue system. The person who arranges the documents will shout " start", you will see people moving towards the counters as in movie queues. Waste of booking an early appointment. You can book appointment for 3 pm and get your process done much earlier. The Granting officer (who is supposed to take the last step at POPSK) will not be present at his kiosk until 12 pm. He or she is supposed to be there by 9 am. Upon multiple enquiries and frustration venting from people, they will call him/her to come. I have visited there for continous 2 days ( He was late for both days, probably he is moonlighting somewhere ) Overall impression : Mediocre govt office type behaviour from employees who can't stand people asking them any queries and doesn't have concern and value others time. More negligent granting officer, a very hot place in a very hot afternoon despite of having opportunity to keep it cool. HOWEVER, people who come hear can keep good company. You can find ample number of great and gentle telugu companions who you can have a chat with. The rating is only for them....

There is value for time here. It is useless to take appointments. The people were rude as expected. There is no sense at all for the employees, There were no rules and process. The monitors are sleeping. Probably, They are intended to watch movies. There govt offices never change. Thank god there is no bribe here atleast. We can't expect nation to be changed with this irresponsible system.

Worst government service i have ever faced The other applicants who applied in Tirupati had received their passports but mine still in process No response irresponsible I suggest please apply from tirupati that will be best

I had been to this kendra on 3rd Feb 2023 for reissue of passport for self & spouse. The 3 staff members present rendered excellent & courteous service. Within half an hour our work was finished.
