PASS PORT SEVA KENDRAM

Dear [Kakinada Smart City Team / Concerned Authority], I recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra in Kakinada and I am pleased to see that such services are now available in our city. It is a great initiative that saves residents from the hassle of traveling to other cities for their passport needs. However, I would like to share some concerns and suggestions to enhance the experience further: 1. Service and Infrastructure: It would be beneficial to improve the overall infrastructure and cleanliness of the Passport Kendra. Maintaining a well-organized and hygienic environment will reflect positively on the city's reputation. 2. Slot-wise Appointment Management: During my visit, I noticed that the slot timings were not being followed, causing unnecessary waiting times. Prioritizing applicants according to their appointment slots would streamline the process and reduce delays. 3. Efficiency and Speed: To avoid long waiting periods, I request the staff to process applications as efficiently as possible, ensuring a smoother experience for all visitors. Kakinada is known for its growing reputation, and I hope that the services at the Passport Seva Kendra will uphold this standard. I trust that the concerned authorities will take the necessary steps to improve the facility and service quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If we compare with vizag this passport office is horrible. Very poor infrastructure and no seperate waiting hall for passport applicants. People working there also suffering due to noise and always ask people to keep silent. They won't follow time slots.

Whole thing in a small room with only three Human Resource I can see when I went for passport renewal. For me it took almost 3.5hrs. I went at 10.30AM and completed at 2PM. Actually, the process is quite easy documents validation and taking the biometric. But they lack in following the same. No token system they are following. One human used to do multiple tasks which is resulting in more waiting time.

Service is super slow. We had an appointment. We came ay specified time, and they took one hour to check the documents to tell us to update some documents.

It would be nice if they can provide chairs for all the persons who have appointment

Tatkal not available as it was initial setup stage, Normal process was so fast will be delivered your passport in 15 to 25 days, Maintained by TCS so process got fastest. just go for normal passport process it was so quick and deliberate..

Services are good in seva kendra...but the surroundings are very untidy...no proper sitting arrangements are provided being an Govt sector .i fell down from the chair I sat as it tilted down.. this the condition of that department...what happens if an older people sit unknowingly...Govt must upgrade the furnishings and provide facilities to the employees as they were working under extreme hot conditins....please do so...Thank you...see the world wide facilities.....to their staff and public...
