Worst post office experience ever. Truly frustrating and extremely disappointing. The staff here has absolutely no respect for people's time. They make you wait endlessly, testing your patience for no valid reason. What made the situation worse was their complete disregard for the official passport application rules. The application clearly states that if your present address is different from the one on your Aadhaar, you can submit valid supporting address proof. I carried all the required documents exactly as mentioned. Still, they refused to accept them and kept insisting that the present address must be updated in Aadhaar, which is completely unnecessary and incorrect. When I questioned this while filling the form and pointed out the rules, the response I got was truly ridiculous: "We don't follow the application rules here. Our rules are different." This kind of reply is not only unprofessional but also completely senseless. On top of that, even though I had my original pocket-size Aadhaar card, they demanded the long-format Aadhaar, as if the pocket Aadhaar is not an official government document. Both are valid, yet they refused to acknowledge it. The overall behavior of the staff -- their attitude, misinformation, and unnecessary complications -- made the entire experience mentally exhausting and extremely disappointing. If your passport verification is scheduled at this office and you are not a local resident, then honestly -- best of luck. You will need it.

This post office has the worst service I have ever seen. Completely unorganized, There is no queue system, and people just rush to the counter. It feels like a fish market. The staff do not care at all. They just sit there and watch the chaos without doing anything. You can wait for hours, and they still won't bother to manage the crowd or follow time slots. The speed post counter is no better. It is always slow, and there is only one person handling everything, which makes the wait even worse. It is clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you have other options, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

My name is shahanaz bsc ma bed .When iam 10th class yughandhar sir came to school as per school subject .Now 2005 to 2025 Laxmi kurnool correspondent of vikas As per sir I suffer because of his negligence,ignore irresponsible I faced abbusement psychological and physical disturbence iam suffering because of 1999 to 2025 evil eye evil disturbence in home side and outer side by the of verbal following harrasment by auto network,bike network u turn and harrasment I called 112 but not do enquiry.Thank u u ask my experience about my life thinks .

Only one regd post counter here. I am and senior citizens waiting from last 1 hr in the Q line. Worst experience authorities need to take immediate action to solve this issue. If not solved your office will get Zero rating out of five. Soon

Worst service by employees here.. Especially counter 8 Chowk Post office employee is very rude..he doesn't clearly says what documents are needed, and he tells to get new documents everytime we go to him..he harrases the customers a lot..he enjoys when they keep running to get all the documents..such a sadistic behavior..its not just me..lot of other customers also told the same thing when i was around..I would like to give zero rating if possible..

Visited Indian Passport Seva Kendra ,Carry appointment receipt although other passport seva kendra s never ask this even site also suggested not to take printout. Documents verification process is messy. Any one can go inside and no restriction s on no of people's to go inside this is something makes insides crowded area
