Indian post

Most nonsense post office in the world agar kaam acha se nahi krna hai toh don't do it. And how post office person not know which person went for the delivery and even don't have delivery boy number ? Apna hhi post office ka, this is a completely nonsense answer. Some paper and documents are really important!!! So please do ur work best #naharlgunpostoffice

They don't deliver the parcels and also call us to collect the parcel which is nonsense, and then if we complain about it they says that we are being rude like?, we collect our parcel ourself but then a message comes in my phone saying it has been delivered by xyz, which is nonsense cuz they didn't deliver but we collect it by ourself, we have paid for the delivery charges so we can get the parcel till the door step but how in the world, we are supposed to go and collect? As a regular customer of the post office, they didn't even consider to even deliver the parcels in my address one time, if this continues I will never ever order sumthing that are delivered by post office.

Speed post takes more time than the normal posts. They don't even open the post office regularly.

I collected my parcel by self. But in text message it's showing the article no. xxx is delivered by Anil kumar. Please stop this nonsense. I even requested to deliver at my home address. But they refused to deliver it. And now what Iam seeing in text is my parcel is delivered by Mr so and so. Arunachal govt. should terminate all these fraudulent corrupt employee from every government office. Most government employees are lazy and dishonest with their work. Pathetic service.

I tracked my parcel and it showed it's already been delivered i thought it was an error but after 3 days the post office called me and told me that I haven't came to their office and took my parcel and it will be returned if i don't come before the closing time i panicked because I was out of station i told them that i already paid for the stuff and the post office aren't allowed to return stuff until 18 days is over he just lied and said well it has been sitting there for quite a while we keep track it was clearly a lie how can my parcel be there for 18 days while i ordered it 9 days ago anyways i had to send my cousin to the post office they asked him why didn't they called me they said they tried multiple times

Extremely poor service... First time saw a post office with no post man. They call you sometimes (if you are lucky) when parcel comes and u have to go to post office to receive it and that also between 10 to 12 pm only after that they says their office time is over. Their is no delivery service.And recently i ordered a book from amazon, already paid and reached at post office weeks ago but they didn't even call or notify via any means to me.ek star bhi deserve nhi karta.

I haven't heard or seen anywhere in India except here in Naharlagun Arunachal Pradesh.. working hours of post office is 9am to 2pm only...n hope this review matter...as per rule it should be 9-4pm working hours..

i'm sorry to say that here in northeast,customer has to go to post office in order to receive the package.Never heard of postman coming to deliver at customer address/residency.i definitely want to urge the concern unit to look into this matter and train them in the right way as we are also a great nation now!
