Unprofessional corrupted peoples are sitting here. These are the peoples who are taking our beautiful country backward. One person is there whose job is to find out little issue and ask 1500 for the same to get it done.such a shame! May god bless everyone.

Extremely WORST and pathetic. NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE...disgraceful service I received on December 16 and 17, 2024. Officer Hitesh Ray who knows nothing told that I was missing my education documents, even though I knew for a fact they aren't required to prove non-ECR status for PCC! I even confirmed this with the Passport Helpline! Despite this, Hitesh Ray asked me to come the next day, causing unnecessary confusion and wasting my time. When I showed up the next day, Hitesh Ray wasn't even there! Instead, I had to deal with Jyotish Ray, who refused to process my application and dismissed me just by saying, "Maybe the one present yesterday doesn't know." This response was utterly unacceptable. They should at least know their responsibilities. Jyotish Ray made no attempt to investigate the issue or clarify the situation. Instead, he was unhelpful, and unprofessional. These two officers have wasted my time, caused unnecessary delays, and forced me to reapply in Guwahati. In Guwahati everything was done very smoothly and professionally. These official should learn something from Guwahati PSK.!!

VERY GOOD STAFF VERY HELPFUL i m student and i had urgent requirements and the staff is very helpful them encouraged me and ensured that they would do the work at their earliest

Extremely pathetic . They will not call you by appointment time the helper or peon that person who help the officer to call people or help him to tie the paper will not take bribe from you . They are literally destroying our countries name . Better go to guwahati office and i hope one day anti corruption team will come

My reporting was 9.30am and the officer turned up at 12.00 pm.PLZ DON'T VISIT PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA KOKRAJHAR....WORST PLACE...WASTAGE OF TIME.....NO WORTH FOR YOUR TIME AND DIRECTLY REJECTS WITHOUT PROPER GUIDANCE.....VIGILANCE PLZ GIVE UR BULLS EYE ON THIS OFFICER
