Disgusting and rude behaviour of staff(not all). Government employees think they have ruled galaxies across them. They need to learn professionalism.

A bit slow, but overall good service with cooperative and helpful staff

Never on time, the appointment started from 9.30 am today but no officer was available on the office premise, shame on the service they are providing. Proper survey should be done by the government in such offices and action should be taken.

Opposite to Tinsukia thana, u will get head post office Tinsukia and back side of that there is passport office located in 3rd floor. small place but most of your work will be done here. Just make sure you have all correct document without any mistakes in name, initial, father's name etc. No need to carry photo. Keep 2 pair of Xerox ready for each document. Stuff are helpful they make sure if you have done any mistakes in name and others things. Once everything done they will send application to SP office of your location for verification. Nowadays it happens digitally so within a minute your application will be processed. And now wait 4-5 days for police verification. Mine is under police verification so I can't say further Will update shortly once everything done . Thank you.

Very bad service... Very unprofessional. The two employees who were present on 10 September 2021 are busy on their phones and taking to each other while a huge line of people are waiting outside. No regard to anybody's time. When people walk in for inquiry they start a whole conversation with the person instead of just sharing the information and carrying on.

All windows are sealed, no proper waiting area.. No air/fan/AC while waiting for your turn , suffocating during the summer months..

As of my experience the service is good and the officials are good and answer every question.

Had a very bad experience, It took 4 days to update the passbook, I am in line for 3 hours at the deposit and withdrawal counter, and then work is done.
