Very very bad experience it's a kind of fraud of 500. actually I have booked a PCC appoitment and the date i got was 16th of feb now this is the worst part 1. When I booked a PCC appoitment they are not gonna inform you that what kind of decoment you have to bring for PCC verification when I went to office they asked me passport, was not with me and they didn't done my PCC i have my passport print out with scanning photo as well the question is how a person get knew that what kind of decoment have to bring while booking they not call you for and not even mail you not even a message how I will know that what I have to bring. Once the appoitment date get changed no refund the whole system is shit

Worst passport office ever they need a reason to send you back home everytime. They are not interested in completing the process. They will keep you asking different documents which even not required for the process. better to take appointment in other office instead of this. and they are too slow and not process appointment on time.they are only processing applications on commission basis.agent directly came and processing applications without even appointment. Government should take action on these people's.

Subject: Serious Misconduct and Bribery Demand at Bhagalpur Passport Seva Kendra I am extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience at the Bhagalpur Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). Despite submitting all valid original documents with photocopies in front of the officer, I was later issued a Show Cause Notice (SCN) from RPO Patna stating that my 10th certificate was not submitted. This is completely false because I had submitted the same documents as my friend, whose application was accepted without any issue. The shocking part is that the PSK officer openly demanded 1000 as "chanda" (bribe), linking it to the ongoing festival, and threatened me that if I did not pay, my file would be deliberately marked incomplete and sent to Patna. Since I refused to pay, I am now being unnecessarily harassed with resubmission. This is nothing but corruption and misuse of authority. Passport services are meant to be transparent and citizen-friendly, but such behavior damages the credibility of the entire system. I request the Regional Passport Office, Patna, and the Ministry of External Affairs to take strict action against the concerned PSK official, ensure accountability, and prevent other innocent applicants from facing such harassme

Staff are shameless and rude. They do everything to avoid working and keep people waiting and after hours of waiting, find a trivial reason to postpone the appointment.

As mentioned by multiple user, services of this office is very bad, they need a reason to send you back home. They are not interested in completing the process. This is the worst POPSK Their servers are down. Their scanning machine does not work They keep asking for unnecessary documents They are super rude Even if you book appointment , they will ask you to reschedule There is no system, no ownership. They should close this POPSK and redirect only to PATNA PSK. You are going to have nightmare here. Don't visit.

Bhagalpur passport office staff not good behaviour. They are full kurupt.....so take appointment patna office always...
