Why they are not retiring all these old staffs ...they are not used to do work with computers. waiting rooms are not there no fan , First come first serve, no importance of appointment, literally she was too slow Bhagwan bhaal kre Bihar ka

This post office is totally malfunctioning. They are not even opening the office at the right time which is 9 a.m.The office is regularly opening after 10 a.m This is what people doing at the name of government job.No accountability no any credibility.

Pathetic!!....very unpunctual and rude staff who doesn't care about his work and values people's time. Neither is there proper sitting arrangement for public.

Today is the first day of operation. It feels like home. People are co-operative and soft. It is easy and convenient for citizens of dehri to have it in our town .

Very disappointing experience. There was only one staff member present, an elderly lady sitting at the desk with a very rude and arrogant attitude. Instead of helping applicants, she kept asking for unnecessary documents and speaking in an irritated manner. Even though I had my 10th marksheet, which is normally accepted in most passport offices, she still insisted on bringing the 10th certificate as well. In many passport offices across the country, the marksheet itself is sufficient, but she refused to consider it and kept arguing. What was even more surprising was that she said this was due to a "Magistrate's order." This explanation makes no sense. Passport services come under the Central Government, and the list of required documents is decided by the Passport authorities, not by a local District Magistrate. A DM cannot decide which documents citizens must bring for a passport application. Because of this unnecessary demand and the staff's poor behavior, the whole process became frustrating and stressful. Instead of guiding applicants properly, the staff member created confusion and wasted people's time. Government offices should ensure that staff behave professionally and follow the official rules instead of creating their own unnecessary requirements.

Abhi tak ka sabse ghatiya passport office hai yahan per nahin to waiting hall me pankha Hai nahin to pani peene ki vyavastha hai aur nahin kuchh hai Kabhi camera discharge hojata hai.
