Passport Seva Kendra Siwan

My experience at POPSK Siwan was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not properly trained to handle passport applications. They asked unnecessary questions and demanded documents not required as per Passport Seva guidelines, especially for a minor's passport. The document verification officer behaved in a very rude manner, delayed the process unnecessarily, and seemed to lack basic knowledge about passport documentation. Instead of helping applicants, they were disturbing and confusing people. The overall process was very slow and mismanaged. It looks like there is no proper supervision or qualified staff at this POPSK. Such behavior creates a bad image for Passport Seva and India Post. I request the Regional Passport Office and India Post management to take strict action and post trained, polite, and responsible officers at POPSK Siwan. Applicants deserve respectful and professional service.

Passport Seva Kendra Siwan The passport verification process is so easy here because of humble and helpful employees of this office You have to carry proper documents with yourself to not face any kind of trouble while the verification process

I got my mother's passport in hand within one month from the date of application. There are no facilities like toilets or drinking water stations. There is not enough space to sit.But i suggest to every person if they want to make a passport of their family members specially for ladies they can choose this passport centre.

The prosess is very slow if you book your appointment here you have to spend whole day for your turn also there is no enough space for seating area also there is not availablity of basic needs like toilet and also drinking water

Very very polite and cooperative staff. Agar application me koi galati bhi h to aap bata sakte Hain. They will correct that . Office start at 10:00AM. Just carry photocopy and original of all necessary documents with appointment receipt.
