Utter chaos, one has to stand in line from 7 am in order to even reach the query window, forget getting any work done. The SDM or Tehsildar are hardly there and there is only one line for every submission/query/renewal which makes people wait for hours in the queue to get any reply from the single person manning the window. Even when they see such long queues, they do not make any arrangements for 2 or 3 windows query resolution. It looks as if they enjoy to see people being helpless. The other employees behave as if they're doing a favour to the public for just being there and are extremely unhelpful. One has to go atleast 4-5 times to get some work done. Here, applications are pending since 7-8 months!!! This makes one question as to what work is actually being done if all applications are pending only. There is no way to meet the SDM or Tehsildar as the officials don't let one meet with them and act as guards stopping entry at the office only. Pathetic situation. People are coming here only because of utmost importance, but these people are totally uncaring and go on long tea breaks and lunch breaks making it even more late and close the window at 3 pm sharp, come what may. This is a govt office which is closed for 3 days. It is only operational for 4 days, what a joke, when people are in utmost need and have to keep standing in long queues to even get a basic reply. There is total mismanagement, no one is willing to move an inch or do their job for which they are being paid from public's money. Their is no helpdesk or any instructions as whom to approach for which application/query, one has to run from pillar to post to get any work done.

SDM Office Review The SDM Office gets the job done, but be prepared for a slower pace. While the work does get completed, the process is often slow, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. However, the silver lining is the staff--they are generally very helpful and approachable, willing to guide you through any paperwork or procedures you may not understand. One major drawback is the lack of crowd management. The office can get crowded, and without an organized system in place, navigating through can feel chaotic. Implementing a more structured approach to managing visitors could make the experience much smoother for everyone. Overall, while the office is effective and the staff helpful, improving speed and crowd management would make it a much more efficient experience.

Everything is fine but there is no proper arrangements for applicants who apply through online mode . As the time mention on the acknowledgement receipt for online applicant is b/w 2 and 3 but when you go there you will find offline mode applicant also in same queue as yours. This create disruption,chaos and waste of precious time.

Patience is the key...and that's what you have to keep when applying for anything related to government work, for me it was the marriage certificate as we were following the special marriage act it took time but everything happened on time, I will say our experience was pleasant yeah sure sometimes you will feel they are not catering you properly sometimes you will feel like if this work will be done on time or not but let's not forget they have a lot of people to cater and yes things move slowly but eventually reach the destination, our marriage TAT was 60 days and surprisingly everything was done under 60 days and the SDM sir Vinay Kumar Mongia was really nice to us, it might not be the same case for someone else but yes be prepared keep the documents ready if you want your things done quickly, one thing which can be improved is the actual site which needs an overhall and yes drinking water station will be a nice addition.

Place to get your Aadhar, marriage certificate and other govt documents done. It's a well maintained place when compared to other govt places. Good thing is they have made cut outs with information pertaining to documents and process. Overall a satisfying experience. A lot better than Najafgarh SDM Office. Clean drinking water and washroom facilities available.

The office is very good, fully air conditioned. Most of the time there is a lot of crowd here. Persons who work here talk to you very nicely. I came here to make my income certificate. They gave me a receipt with a date written on it after filling the application form. They told me that if certificate will not be posted to your home then come here again. I went there four times after that date and got my certificate 15 days after the date they mentioned.

As usual as government work You have to wait Need Lots of documents Come again and again Neither there is someone for proper enquiry or for public concern And lot chaos Overall average experience I'm not impressed with their services It should be more better than it is
