This Post office is situated nearby badarpur no.1 school......and the front of DDA flat badarpur.......this is not too much buisy Post office but the employees of this post office don't have manners .... They don't know how to treat costumers gently and they talk like they don't have any manners....wrost post office i have ever seen.....even they didn't reply of the costumers questions properly.....if you are looking for good post office...you can go to another... Experience with Post office staff was good. And you need help queries related to DL , Voter ID card then you should go to first floor of building. Good facilities to customers , instantly action taken and employees with good behaviour. It is opened at 10:00 AM Placed at behind the Qila Expectation : that it is government office / undertaking so they will not entertain customers and etc But reality is it is good in all . There is parking space for Bikes / Cycles within the Post Office however you can park outside also.

They give the worst service to you which they never promise from du sol they promise that they will deliver books at your home by postman but they said me that you have to collect it and if you not collected we will mention in it that is delivered

This post office is a perfect example of how government services fail the public. I had to collect my Voter ID, and instead of delivering it to my home, the postman demanded a bribe. Yes - they openly ask for money to do the job they are paid for by taxpayers. They mark posts as "delivered" without actually delivering them, and then either give vague answers or ignore complaints completely. Staff is rude, careless, and clearly involved in corrupt practices. Is this how you treat citizens? For important government documents like voter ID? This place seriously needs a full corruption investigation. I am shocked and disgusted by how easily they get away with such behavior. If you are expecting anything from Badarpur Post Office, be prepared for mental harassment, delays, and bribery. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. Full of corruption. I hope higher authorities take strict disciplinary action against such employees.

The Post Man not even contacted me once and updated the delivery status as "Delivery Unsuccessful: Door Locked".

Bad service by Badarpur post office they never send people atm card on time and when go to badarpur post office they say. Aapka card wapas chala gaya.

Our delivery hasn't reached since 3 days of it being there at Badarpur. There is no way at all to contact india post, all their numbers are either fake or out of service, Badarpur SO cannot be reached either. Stay away from india post at all costs.

Post not delivered and reported that the door was locked. Irresponsible behaviour. Unsatisfactory. This was a speed post. There's a contact number. Why didn't the postman call if he couldn't find the house.
