I had to stop by to write this review. I visa status was due change last year and one of the requirement was to give Birth Certificate. The problem was I left Delhi when i was a kid and Birth certificate regularization was not in effect those years. I used military birth certificate the whole time and then my mark-sheet. it worked but it does not work in the USA. only option I was left out with is to travel back to Delhi and figure things out. It was late in India but he was available on the phone. He instantly asked me for sometime to respond and I was almost certain He was also one of rest i spoke with earlier but then he called me next day gave me every details I needed to be sure he know his business.
