I visited this office location to submit my biometrics for FTI - TTP. The process was streamlined: - Collect a token from the reception where you need to explain the purpose of your visit to the center. - Take the token and stand in queue to write your details on a register and then enter the area where the biometrics are taken. - The staff will take your photo using a webcam. It is advised to clean your hands using the provided sanitiser to ensure there's no dust while taking fingerprints. It took some time tombe in queue for the second step, roughly 10 minutes. Everything else was completed in a couplemof minutes.

Respected Sir/Madam, Om Namo Narayan. I am a Naga Sadhu and a foreign national, and I submitted an application for extension of my e-Visa (Business) on medical grounds, following a serious accident. Due to my current medical condition, I am not physically able to visit the FRRO office in person. More than one month after submitting my application, I received an email requesting that I re-upload my medical documents. As instructed, all requested medical documents were fully uploaded again two weeks ago. Four days ago, I received another email stating that "additional documents" were required; however, no details were provided regarding which documents were needed. Since then, I have been repeatedly trying to contact the FRRO office by phone, without receiving any response. On 27 January at approximately 2:00 PM, I finally managed to reach the office by phone. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was unable to understand my situation, could not access my application status, refused to take my application ID, and eventually disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to call were rejected. My application is now at risk of being deleted within one day, even though it is based on serious medical grounds. This situation is extremely distressing. As I was unable to travel, one of my devotee, who resides in Bangalore, contacted the FRRO Bangalore office on my behalf in order to explain my situation and request appointment administrative support. During this interaction, an FRRO officer allegedly asked for an amount of five lakhs (500,000) to "solve" my case. I respectfully wish to clarify that no such official fee exists, no payment of this kind is required for this visa process, and only legally required administrative documents are applicable. This incident is deeply shocking and requires urgent clarification. I therefore respectfully request: 1. A clear written list of the exact additional documents required, and 2. Confirmation that my application will not be deleted while I am awaiting this clarification, considering my medical condition. Excellent experience. I required an urgent exit permit from India as I lost my OCI card during transit. Someone from the team reached out to me and guided me through the process, and assured me that everything would be ok. The office processed my request in a day. The team was also very responsive over email. I was able to successfully return to the US today, thanks to their help. Thank you! The office has to handle thousands of requests and I really appreciate their service and diligence.

We visited for biometrics for FTI. Staff at reception is helpful, politely asked about purpose of visiting FRRO, also noticed similar polite behaviour with foreign nationals. Swiftly provided the token to proceed to Biometric for FTI. Staff at the Biometric counter were also courteous and professional, the biometrics were taken in minutes and the job was done.

after 45 days i got response from frro side, they call me there without checking my documents, i been there in room number 303, i meet with one of the lady representatives she said there is some error in address and file will be closed which is fine. i tried to asked her why didn't you given refusal by email, and you supposed to check the file before call me here in office, then she started showing casual attitude and one more lady and one guy also started shouting on me. i will must say they peoples are spoiling country name. very poor service and very unprofessional staff.

There are so many negative comments here already and they seem not taking any effective actions on that. Employees say misleading and different/excluding information. They cut the call. The lack of manners, the lack of professionalism, the lack of standards, simply. I could wonder whether my case would be solved. Wasting the time for waiting, writing emails, reapllying whereas they just say whatever they find comfortable at that given moment , playing with someone time.
