You can get the work done here, but at the cost of time. You will need to arrive super early because wait time is extremely high. I prefer to go to Hauz Khas post office instead. The extra time taken to go there is still less than the waiting time. But if you don't want to go there, you can come here. The service is available, just very slow. Remember that parcel service ends at 4pm sharp, even a minute up and you will be denied.

Thanks to this Aadhar centre - I had the fine experience of a fruitless endless wait at a decrepit government office. Aadhar In-charge, like a true-blue, adds his own intrigue here to the documentation red-tape: No appointment without getting their self-invented "token", only distributed at 9 am in the parking, for which people queue up from 7:30! The token (actually the Aadhar form - trust me, they're wasting a lot of those) is valid for the same day only. But no angel can tell how much time this babu, and akin to him, his buffering computer and fluctuating power supply, would take to trudge from one token to the next. In 1.5 hours till 10:30 am, the time I spent staring at his counter and then writing this elaborate review, he could process only one Aadhar request. This, with two chaperones dedicated to him?! And, more than half of the token-getters dispelled by his speed... where's accountability?

"The post office is okay, but the employees here are very rude. If you ask anything, they tell you to go to another counter, and when you go there, they send you somewhere else. I wanted to courier some parcels, and even though it wasn't closing time yet, they said the services were closed and asked me to come tomorrow. None of the employees provide proper guidance."

My experience is opposite to the most of the reviews here. I went for aadhar card services and it was done in less than a minute. The staff their is super cordial and quick. Not rude at all. Friendly and helpful . No line, nothing.

No one helps here no does anyone talk to me properly. Due to the mistake of the post office people, the product which is supposed to be delivered in 3 days is not delivered even in 10 days. If I ask for help from someone, no one helps and makes it seem as if everything is happening because of them. Cx does not matter at all.

The staff here is very very bad. They are not there to help people. I met people till highest posts over there, but all are same. The main officer is tooo bad and even the senior lady who sits at the first floor. When I was talking to her, she was like offering tea and gossiping and not listening. What's the point of people like these sitting in government offices if they can't even listen to the public properly.

Nice experience with them . My parcel Did come from Singapore and it was in their office . The currier person called me and said your parcel is here come and collect it he didn't come to deliver so I went there and my home is very near to this location. They Gave me my parcel and spoke politely with me . The only thing i Don't like is they don't deliver parcels at home if it is international you have to go there . The area where the post office is very calm .

Very much poor service no one pick up the phone I tried to call last two or three days for every time going ringing but not pick up the phone
