Kalkaji Head Post Office

Bit of Mixed of bag of opinion Visited Post office for speed post parcel courier. My experience is 50/50 there When went inside there was a signage packing box available with price (I'll attach pictures of that ) but they sent me back side to enquire and pack it back side itself I went there but he said he will not do And guided me to go out next to chai shop there was boxes and packaging shop ( will attach picture with contact information) That parcel guy charged hefty amount for a single box with packaging If it's done inside post office it would been around half of that price only ( this statement given by the employee at the booking counter) Important part is they won't accept UPI or any Online payments, ONLY CASH. QR code posters torn down (will share picture) Fortunately there is ATM inside the compound ( with working AC) working mostly But don't count on it much, because there is no nearby ATM if that's not working.

You must pack your package in a box, fully wrapped with brown tape, not in bags, which I had done but got it packed in a box from a parcel packing service over there, and it was quite costly. So better get it done from your end to avoid such a situation. Post office service is good. Only CASH is acceptable.

Once parcel dispached back to sender with reason " phone nahi uthaya" inspired of proper address on parcel. Secondly once call to recieve parcercel from post office Kalkaska ur self with a weight of approximately 2kg.

Books are delivered on 08.01.2026 but still didn't receive yet and I asked to Mr. Kailash after reaching the post office on 19.01.2026 and he said to me that books will be delivered till tomorrow but still I didn't get any response as I have called him he didn't even answering my calls.

I'm very disappointed with India Post's service. My parcel was marked as Delivered, but I never received it. There is no proper response from the post office or customer care. The tracking system is confusing, and no one takes responsibility. Very poor service

This post office is near Mangla Appartments and the staff here is really helpful. They respond very quickly and solve the confusion on the spot. Aadhaar updation desk also available here. Proper space and seating area available also proper space for parking of bikes and cars. Neat and clean place.

subhash singh (beat_12 ) is ford guy .. i got a sms parcel is delivered but my parcel is not got it yet can someone take action against him the guy is ford

The staff is helpful and there was no crowd at all. However, I think the infrastructure is in dire need of repairs/upgrades.
