Clean premises and available parking made the visit convenient. Documents to carry: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and 10th Marksheet (important for verification). Nearest metro: Jhandewalan Metro Station. Parking: Space available for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, with nominal parking charges. Photocopy service: No need to worry if you forget - photocopy service is available inside the office at just 1 per page. One thing to note: there is no guest waiting area, and only the person with the appointment is allowed inside. Anyone accompanying you will need to wait outside. Overall, it was a professional, well-managed, and smooth experience. Highly satisfied!

Extremely positive experience at PSK, Jhandewalan. Very understanding and supportive staff. They process 1000s of applications daily but still care for each individual that comes through the doors. I must also thank Mr. Neeraj Dhaiya - Passport Officer for being very kind, understanding, and knowledgable. Government offices such as this one keeps my hope alive for Viksit Bharat 2047. I visited this place many times with my family friends and also for personal reasons, and overall my experience was quite positive. The environment was comfortable, and most of the staff members were professional, courteous, and attentive in their approach. Their conduct generally reflected proper training and customer service standards. However, on one particular day, I had an unpleasant interaction with one staff member at B9-Counter that significantly affected my impression. His tone was noticeably aggressive, and his manner of speaking felt disrespectful and unnecessarily harsh. The way he addressed me lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. It appeared as though he was irritated or frustrated, but there was no clear reason for such behavior during our interaction. What concerned me most was that I had not said or done anything that would justify such a response. The communication felt one-sided and uncomfortable, leaving me confused about why the situation escalated in that manner. While I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, maintaining a respectful tone and professional conduct is essential, especially in a service-oriented environment. Apart from that isolated incident, my overall experience was good, but that particular interaction stood out negatively and left me disappointed. And I will not forget that day.

Everyone was polite, well-educated, and helpful. We filled the online form ourselves and did not need any broker. The process was easy and comfortable for children and senior members as well. Spic and span, well maintained, air conditioned passport Seva Kendra. Everything is very well organised, sequences to follow, signboards, TV monitors displaying token numbers etc, everything is in order. One doesn't get confused anywhere because of lack of information. Only issue is the people handling different counters, they need to be more warm and courteous, make people understand the issues deliberately if one doesn't understand or is confused. Parking is available outside, but still it is advisable to reach via metro as it is walking distance from Jhandewalan metro station.

I was a bit overwhelmed when I visited but they helped professionally and it was way well organised that it turned out to be a very good experience. It is well connected, it took me around five minutes to reach here from the metro station, aur mera passport jaldi bhi ban gya lol.
