Here facilities like Speed post, Aadhar card enrolment and updation, Ganga jal is also sold by post office ( 250 ml for 30 ). Lack of cleanliness is there and staff are also average in behaviour.

As per the India Post tracking system, the PAN card was marked as delivered at Sangam Vihar SO on 19/04/2025 at 08:24:58. However, till date, I have not received the PAN card at my address: Address: F-1/318B, Sangam Vihar, Near Raj Medicos, New Delhi - 110080 This document is extremely critical and sensitive. I am very concerned about the possibility of misuse if it has been delivered incorrectly or misplaced. Therefore, I request you to urgently investigate this matter, confirm the delivery details (including the recipient's signature or delivery proof), and assist in ensuring the safe and proper delivery of my PAN card. I have attached screenshots of the dispatch and delivery updates for your reference. Please treat this matter as urgent and assist me in securing my important document. Thank you for your prompt attention.

They have their own rules. Very arrogant staffs I visited for mobile number update in aadhaar with all documents and filled form downloaded from UIDAI website, But they denied from updating details. They said they only accept from which they provide in morning.

Pathetic condition.... as expected of India Post employees.

They did not answer my questions properly, everyone was too busy with their own work. Then the person working there told me that if you have not received your documents then we would have sent your documents back on the same day. We do not keep any documents with us for more than a day. Neither did I receive any call nor any kind of information to let me know that my documents have arrived and that I have to receive them. At least they should inform to that person. Bad experience

My parcel had to be delivered on 19th dec 2022 according to tracking provided by India post. But as of now it says your article has been delivered. What a pathetic service a govt body is offering. No responsibilty ,attitude problems and no helpline works for any circumstances. In nutshell, they don't care what's gonna happen to your articles.

Staff should be change. They don't work. Yes its a kind of job where you feel irritated but its your job, you should love doing your job. But these employees come to office just for the sake of attendance. So they can get their salary. Worst staff. No manners, they don't even help. Yes they get ready to help when you give them a note of Rs. 50.
