Post Office

The staff are rude , and they are putting more weight from the actual parcel weight and taking more money . It's been half months since I booked my parcel for speed post . I haven't received my parcel yet , I don't know what kind of service they are providing . I paid for speed post so that we can get the parcel soon, not for the half months .

Useless office. The staff need some proper training for behaving in manners

I am giving this rating only because of a staff, R( not writing his name). The others are kind of normal government employees ( arrogant and not attentive types). This person was exceptional. He was patient, attentive and giving answer for everyone's queries. He was kind and helpful(not only with me but the other citizens as well). I Was little surprised by that behavior which was exceptional from a government employees ( at least for me) If you want to send parcel via postoffice, wrap the entire box with brown tape and do tight packing so that it won't move inside the box

Just a regular Indian Post office. All the work I had from them was completed as per the expectations. Hours of business board is also displayed there. Cooperative and well behaved staff. Keep it up IPO.

I had a speed post which arrived within 24 hours. However, the employees at the post office updated incorrect address. When I went to enquire, gave me a phone number of the person in-charge of my parcel. I called and he asked me to come and collect it. I was asked to wait for more than 30 minutes while he chatted away with a lady who wasn't even working there. When I finally got the package I saw that the address was accurate upon questioning why was it not delivered and incorrectly updated on the website 'wrong address' ... Two people both senior employees at the post office just sniggered and replied.. just careless employees. Nothing wrong..

They didn't do there work properly. They don't no the meaning of speedpost also it's going to be 10 days till now the parcel didn't reached it. We said it's for urgent also.

Really bad experience My Speed Post arrived at the final destination and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/12/21 there web site is up-to-date according to them they have delivered it successfully.but I have not received yet. Don't know why they have been appointed for.

So bad behaviour . They never delivers your parcels you have to go by yourself.
