Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hill Top Travel. The owner is a fraudster A guest arrived at our hotel with a booking made through this agency after being promised a 3-star property. However, the booking that was actually made was for a budget hotel, which created confusion and major inconvenience for the guest at the time of check-in. The client had been given completely different expectations while purchasing the package, and this caused unnecessary stress during their trip. Despite the situation, the guest remained very polite and cooperative. When we tried to clarify the issue, the owner of the agency personally called our hotel and acted as if he was calling from MakeMyTrip. This is an actual fraud. As soon as we questioned the authenticity of the call, it was abruptly disconnected. After that, repeated attempts were made to contact him, but he stopped answering calls and avoided further communication. Because of the lack of response and responsibility from the agency, the client faced significant inconvenience. In the end, the guest had to make a new booking using his own money just to secure accommodation and continue the trip. Experiences like this raise serious concerns about the honesty and professionalism of this agency. Travelers should be extremely cautious and always verify the exact hotel and property details themselves before purchasing any travel package through an agent.
