RK Puram (Main) Post Office

I recently visited the R.K. Puram Post Office,New Delhi, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. The overall staff behavior here is commendable. Every employee was efficient, helpful, and carried a positive attitude. A major highlight of my visit was meeting the (ASP)Meenakshi Bharti Ma'am. Her conduct was truly a testament to grace and effective leadership.Despite her senior position, Ma'am's demeanor was incredibly polite and gentle. She handled every query and issue with remarkable calm and a distinct focus on finding a solution. The ease and professionalism with which she communicates immediately put me at ease and commanded respect. It's evident that the positive and efficient atmosphere of this post office is a direct reflection of Meenakshi Bharti Ma'am's leadership and commitment to service excellence.

Very good experience the people are very helpful. The guy who works on the counter that is inside the delivery hall is very helpful and calm.

such a waste of taxpaywers money. they dont even talk to people in need. their contact number is bogus and useless. employees are very babu type behaviour ,not want to work but just sit idle.

I was very upset about this post office due to one of the staff name called Tarun. He was so loud and rude talking to customer. I came to drop some of my stuff for parcel as it is more convenient for me but he said your address is munirka so you need to go to munirka post office who is he to decide where to go where not to go.

Uneducated staff extremely poor service

I have posted a letter to army headquarters on15june2019 it reached New Delhi on 17 june2019.but even after 2days it has not reached army headquarters at rk puram. Tell me what service you are giving.
