Had a very good experience with the staff there. I was facing challenges with biometrics due to some issues, but Aayushi (one of the VFS representatives) was extremely cooperative. She put in a lot of effort, dedicated her time, and guided me throughout the biometric process. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

Very bad experience, you are paying around 20k for lounge access inside but for person who is wait outside for appointment or for person who is waiting for their family member are told to go hide below stairs near axis bank. I don't know if this treatment is normal but if your coming with more time in hand for your appointment or waiting for your family member outside, there is no seating arrangement or anything, better go outside rather getting shamed by the staff.
Even then staff inside says that "your documents are complete but there is chance it will reject if your visa invitation expire, because our system are slow and it can take more than a month to process".
