Udaan India - The Original Visa Company (Head Office)

I approached Udaan India in August for help with my Type D student visa for Spain because I had to leave in February. That gave nearly six months to guide me properly. I relied on them because this is exactly the service they claim to specialize in. I was never clearly told all the requirements in time. Only when the Spanish Embassy warned me that my visa would not be granted without a required item did I realize something had gone seriously wrong. When I urgently went back to them for help, the response was not assistance, it was avoidance. I was repeatedly told, "This was not my case. I can't do a miracle." Hearing this from the owner of the company was honestly shocking. Instead of taking responsibility for a client their company had handled for months, leadership simply distanced themselves from the situation and when I questioned that you're saying it's not your case, so you don't trust your employees? He basically said yeah with an abundance of arrogance. A consultancy is supposed to guide you, not disappear when things become critical. After months of engagement, I was effectively left to figure everything out alone at the final stage. A visa process is time-sensitive and affects your education, finances, and future. If a company cannot take ownership when it matters most, that is a serious concern. Please be cautious before trusting them with something this important. I would highly highly NOT RECOMMEND this agency.

Was connected to udaan through air India one basic for Singapore visa. Very poor service and communication. Submitted documents well in advance due to multiple international travel plans but they failed to adhere to deadlines. Employee also spoke very rudely when I requested for my passport back to travel to another country since they had delayed the process. They are also not currently registered agent for Singapore visa - Singapore only has a few registered agents in Delhi on the embassy website. So Udaan itself outsources to another agent for Singapore.
