VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Delhi

Visited this centre for my Canada biometric process, and overall it was a smooth experience. The staff was polite, helpful, and guided everyone properly through the steps. Crowd management is handled well, so even if there are many applicants, things move in an organized manner. My process was completely hassle-free. A few important things to keep in mind: there is no dedicated parking, so plan your journey accordingly. One convenient option is to park near Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, which is roughly 200 meters away and an easy walk. Also, try to reach at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. There is no proper waiting area, so don't arrive too early. They may also try to convince you to opt for "premium" services at an additional cost, but honestly, it's not necessary for a standard biometric submission. Overall, a well-managed centre with courteous staff.

Hi Team VFS Just wanted to share that my wife and I had an appointment at the brand new KG Marg location this morning, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Super impressed with the infrastructure and the people - everything was top-notch. The process was seamless, both online and offline. The starting arrangement, efficint security guards, NO harrassing touts.. Kudos. The ambience inside with digital screens AV ..very nice indeed. Nearest metro is airport metro (Shivaji Metro station. 1. Reach before 30 minutes to avoid long queues and so you have enough time keep your electronics in the locker. 2. Bring DS-160 confirmation 3. Appointment letter 4. Original passport 5. For B1/B2 program letter (not required but they can ask). 6. Make sure you have copies of each black & white or coloured doesn't matter. 7. Make sure DS-160 is updated and not expired. It will hardly take 30 minutes inside even if there's long queues.

A weird place for a Visa centre to be but the process was quick. *Location- INSIDE Shivaji stadium metro station *Entry- From the back gate *The VFS centre is on the -1 level and you can use the stairs/escalators like on usual metro stations *The waiting area barely has any seating and most people were sitting on the stairs. * Starbucks, Cinnabon etc are on the same level but always jam-packed. *The Greek visa process was very quick and the staff was sweet. *Payment counter: Only cash and UPI accepted. No cards. *Parking- There is a dedicated VFS parking 100m before the centre. The charges are nominal (Rs18-36). Their system is very good. *Advice: Don't carry laptops or any such devices. You can carry a small bag with your documents, wallet, and mobile. Per person time for the process of application for Greek Visa is 5-10mins. Visa comes in 14days. Go to the VFS centre only 15-20mins prior to appointment otherwise you'll just keep standing in the waiting area.

Wonderful experience! Contrary to some negative reviews here, our experience was fabulous! The entire process was over in 30 minutes , structured and seamless. The lady who processed our visa (Aarti) was very supportive and guided us very well! For visitors just ensure you clearly stay away from premium process unless you are ready to pay. No one compels you to take that service so no problem! We received our visa in just 5 working days!

Very Poor Guidance - No Proper Knowledge About China Visa Requirements I visited VFS Global - New Delhi (China Visa Section) and the staff showed very poor knowledge about the China Tourist Visa criteria. They told me that I must maintain 1,00,000 balance for 3 months, but this rule is not mentioned anywhere on the official China visa websites. When I asked them to show the exact guideline or provide an alternative solution, they said they don't know and even refused to accept my application. I clearly explained that I have six months of bank statements, and only one month has a balance slightly below 1,00,000, but they still provided no guidance, no explanation, and no alternate option. Their response was simply: "Nothing can be done, you cannot apply." This is very unprofessional and misleading for applicants. VFS should train their staff properly, provide updated information, and offer clear solutions instead of confusing applicants and rejecting applications without proper justification.

I visited VFS for my South Korea visa application, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Location Inside Shivaji Stadium Metro Station Entry is from the back gate The VFS centre is on Level -1 (use stairs/escalator) The South Korea visa section is together with South Africa -- go downstairs near Starbucks and take a right Timing & Crowd Reached around 9:00 AM Only 7-8 people ahead of me No appointment required (at the time of my visit) Process Take your token at Counter 1 after entering Token number is announced and displayed on screen There are 5 counters (3 were active when I visited) Payment accepted via Cash / Card / UPI Staff was very helpful and polite Since my documents were complete as per checklist, the entire process took 10-15 minutes (for a couple) Per person processing time is roughly 5-10 minutes Parking Dedicated VFS parking available about 100 meters before the centre Charges are nominal (18 per hour) Parking system is well-managed Facilities Proper seating available in the waiting area Organized and systematic token system Advice Do not carry laptops or large electronic devices Carry only a small bag with documents, wallet, and phone Visa Processing Time South Korea visa processing takes minimum 10 days (will update once received) Overall, it was a well-organized and efficient experience. If your documents are complete, the process is quick and stress-free.

I have been at this centre various times. While the centre is managed well, it is full of corporate scammers. I particularly gave it one star because I saw them scam many old people by giving customers false information about "premium service" which would make the process easier. Costing INR 4000 per person. I had seen this before, and informed my old aged parents in advance to be careful of them when they went there for biometric. Even then, they insisted the premium service is "needed" for a better chance of getting the visa. They practically scammed my parents by giving false information. All over the globe VFS has very low rating. It is a pathetic office full of ugly corporate people. Please be careful when sending people you care about here.
