VisaHQ - Passport and Visa Services - New Delhi

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency. Despite multiple calls and discussions about my trip to France, they failed to guide me properly and ensure that my documents were in order. Specifically, my travel insurance was incomplete, missing crucial details such as my passport number and flight information. It was only on the day of document verification, outside the VFS office, that I discovered these errors. I hold the agency responsible for not thoroughly reviewing my documents before giving me the green signal to proceed. I strongly advise against working with this agency, particularly with Purnima handling cases. Her lack of attention to detail and oversight led to unnecessary complications. Better options are available for visa processing services.

One of the worst services I've ever paid for. Better to directly apply with any country's embassy than to pay Visahq.

Great job and timely responses from Mr. Kuldeep who helped us with our Moroccan visa. Took 10 days in all from sending documents from Hyderabad to Delhi, visa processing and delivery of stamped passports. Mr. Kuldeep also handled the additional information printouts, all-in-all seamless and stress free experience. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, cause we had a good experience.

Not recommended at all to use. They just want some of your money and would not be of any help: Rather go with other vendors or apply directly.

Completely unorganized, charges more than double. Increases the hassle, gives half information and delays the process. I would recommend going by the countries official website than relying on them.

, I applied for a visa two months back and they said it can't be processed and it will take atleast 15 days to get your visa . I asked them for a refund for which they said I should get it in 7 to 10 working days and now it's been 2 months and I have still no response from their side .

i was give documents and payment for dubai tourist visa but he was not applied.. today is 12 days had been gone but he does not give my refundable money.. very bad

My canada visa came in 40 days... Good work...Thanks alot
