I had a very bad experience with this tours and travels company. They provided a non-AC vehicle even though it was supposed to be AC. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional -- he even argued and fought with us during the trip.
There were no proper arrangements for breakfast or lunch. The driver went for his own lunch, leaving us stranded without any food. When we tried to contact the travel agent, there was no response or support at all.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Very poor service, zero customer support, and completely unorganized management. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Poor and pathetic service. I booked scuba package for 3rd Nov24. The pickup was extremely late. Committed time was 9.15 am but actual pickup done 10.15 am. Pickup committed on AC shared coach but actually they loaded us in a city minibus already full and no place to sit. Poor coordination at site. Nobody to take care. Extremely poor quality of breakfast and lunch. Scuba done for less then 10 min in muddy green water with very poor visibility. Rude behavior of staffs at site. Water sports in package was not available as per commitment. When we complained, the staffs behaved very rudely. Felt cheated and duped as the money was taken in advance. Seems the other reviews are paid review.

Very good service by the tour agency...Ashish ji is very nice and supportive person. He helped us at each and every point of time. The rooms booked by him was really good. The rooms were large and clean with all the necessities like hot water, breakfast included etc. We were with our little child so there was no problem regarding the milk. The boy David was really a nice and humble person. The service including the tour of South Goa and North Goa and dudhsagar fall was excellent with the reasonable prices. With the help of Mr. Ashish, our first Goa trip was successful and we really enjoyed there....

This travel agency seems to be more focused on group bookings. They don't give importance to individual tours. Very business minded mentality and attitude. It seems if you stay in their own guest house they see it as profitable and will give you importance otherwise, they will not pay attention to you. Called several times to follow up but there was no response. Very unprofessional. Though Mr Ashish is a soft spoken person but the attitude was very unprofessional.

The program they prepared for us was very good arranged. We felt like a know person we have in Goa who planned all the things for us. The accomodation was good and all the guides/drivers ware very professional. We all three girls felt safe and enjoyed alot in a new state.

Very bad experience with them. I booked a cab from Calangute to Madgaon Jn , the cab driver named Raj initially said he would take us some places in the way. But actually he denied to do so, when we see in Google maps we were very close to some of the very attractive places but he told lie to us that the places were closed. Never book anything from them.
