Navelim Sub Post Office

what is this nonsense staff is not attending the customers... people r keeping the money in post but when we need our own money they r not on their on counter to attend the customers seating inside and saying we r no well come tomorrow...

Had been there today 13Nov2024 to do Speed Post...but since the person manning the counter is on leave for one month they have closed down that counter.I asked the only other lady official on the other counter whether she would do it.No she said.Thats how these public services are and if privatisation suggested a big uproar.

Worst location... Very difficult to find this place if you are a new to this area.. Please enter the Big Navelim Church from the main entrance on the roadside facing the Rosary School playground... It is located inside the Church compound only near the tree.. It is covered by dense creepers and plants near the entrance and board is unnoticeable due to this... There is absolutely no dedicated parking for Post Office work... Just park you vehicle around the corner on the roadside somewhere and come walking instead...The staff however was very quick in giving my parcel... There is not much information displayed neither there is helpdesk... This 2 rating is only because the staff was quick and may change if the place improves by placing the Main board in a more better location for the ease of general public

Very in cooperative staff.. i visited the office at 8.30 on 25/May/2019 and Since I work 6days a week from 9 to 5, I enquired if I could collect my registered post from their office outside this timing's and I was rudely spoken to and not given any other solution..

Don't answer the phone, forever the printers & network is not working. It's a pity that you have such people working who are absolutely useless.

Yes good cooperative helpful staff. Even in the lunch hour. Was pleasantly surprised. Thanx appreciated.

Always crowded. Connectivity issues every time I visit.
