Great service! My parents had their visa appointment, and the staff member assisted them very thoroughly with all the documents and guided them through the submission process. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. We truly appreciate the support.

Better than any of the other VFS centers (eg. In Delhi, Bangalore) in large part because it's a lot less crowded. You should be able to able to find parking close by without hassle. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, unlike their officious and bureaucratic staff at a typical VFS.

Horrible experience at this vfs office. After braving porvorrim traffic and dust - struggling to find a parking in this building complex, you're expected to stand and wait in the building common area where's there's no air conditioning. Yes there were empty seats ...... plenty of them - no people ahead of us - but keep your customers standing outside. Better yet there's a staff member who will tell you to have a seat and another staff member who will tell you to leave 5 mins later. This place is a joke - so come with a sense of humor and a chair

Very efficient and helpful employees, but there is no place to wait! Very surprising and very inconvenient! We were asked to come early but have to wait outside in the heat for almost 45 minutes. No chairs either! This has to change. Senior citizens waiting outside in the corridor is unacceptable.

Very disappointing services they provide; my mother's and my visas were rejected despite the fact that we submitted all required documents to them, as well as additional documents. The reason is unknown; when we called them, there was no response, and when we sent an email, there was only an auto response; after that, they did not send any responses. They ruined our holidays. They collect full fees but provide no proper service.

Had been here for my visa to Greece.As had reached before time had to wait outside...no seating arrangement..thats the only drawback .The staff were extremely well behaved , polite and helped me a lot.This compensated for all other discomforts.

Had a smooth and resourceful experience, got my visa back in 15 days after submitting!

They don't co operate at all. Their is no list of documents to be attached and its sequence at display not at website. When I asked them she told we can't tell you anything just give me the documents that you want me to upload. They just care about you getting premium service. I opted for message service but had no communication. I wanted to collect passport onsite but no details to call or ask for help or enquiry. As per tracking they couriered it but no details sent to track the courier. Even in tracking they don't mention whether it is accepted or noy. It shows decision is sent by courier. I had to cancel my plan because of all these things. Their is lot of scope to improve. 1have a board or poster mentioning documents and its sequence to be attached if they can't tell it inside due to policy issues. 2 if some is paying for SMS services they should be informed in time. 3 they can disclose whether application is accepted or not in tracking 4 they can give tracking ID number of courier so that customer can track it.
