I had a very positive experience. The entire premises was properly cleaned and well maintained. The environment was hygienic, organized, and comfortable for visitors. The staff members were professional and managed the process efficiently. The token system and document verification were handled in a systematic manner, which reduced confusion and waiting time. Clear instructions were provided at every step, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the Passport Seva Kendra was well managed, clean, and customer friendly. I truly appreciate the organized workflow and disciplined environment.

This PSK at Vijay cross road in AHMEDABAD has given me best professional services. My self age of 80 visit this office for my renewal passport. All staff members and officers in services shown kind cooperative and professional approach to wards their job as nicely duty. Thanks to all including security support. KGRAO AHMEDABAD.

Hey Folks! I have visited the office on 24 February 2026 and will summarise my experience and some tips for benefit of the public. Time: alleast 2 to 3 hrs depending upon the rush. Generally time is taken to get the token where the initial level of document verification is done. There are 4 counters + 1 for SR. citizen. Key points: carry a file along with passport appointment letter and attach self attested copy of supporting documents. Also please carry originals. There is photocopying facility so don't worry if any documents are missed out. I carried a aadhar card downloaded which was not accepted and i took photo copy of original available with me. Also for my mother's name I didnt carry any supporting document I had to get it through uber courier. Aadhar and PAN as preliminary required documents. Also 10th Marksheet is essential document as it acts as proof of non-ecr category. Once token is issued then it takes hardly 40 minutes to complete the procedure. Also note small mismatch like initials in name in school marksheet is ok. In my case the marksheet had Nikhil Burad P But i wanted name as Nikhil Burad as per my aadhar and PAN. The officers inside are helpful to an extent just tell them you are new and please guide. The way we communicate also gets brownie points. The person behind the counters are humans dealing with 100s of application so it is bit difficult for them to give response everytime for similar queries.

Very fast service, supportive staff. Also they having photocopy xerox machine in token distribution area.

Date:- 01-Dec-21 I visited for my fresh passport. I suggest you to book an appointment earliest as possible in the morning because around noon it gets crowded. Staff was smooth. Make sure your documents are handy or else you might have to rush here and there. I was lucky as I did read documents details. Application form are not necessary but ID and Address proof are needed. Clean surrounding and inside, they follow rules, they maintain proper queues, cooperative with the people, have washroom facility, paid Xerox window inside. What else one would need?

Person in Tatkal counter often creates some unnecessary objection and send you off. He raised objection the officer inside hold on to that even though with my reasoning and showing the rules. Next time again I went with same papers and the ride was super smooth with the same set of papers. My son also had similar experience. This is not understandable, unreasonable and mentally taxing. Avoid going to Vijay Cross Road office.

Tatkaal(expedited) re-issue passport received on hand in less than 28 hours from the PSK appointment. Incredible speed and service. Fantastic work by both govt officials and TCS employees. The sync of documents from digilocker was not working properly or not showing in their system and I lost a bit of time in getting photocopies of the documents at the PSK. Otherwise I would have been in and out of the PSK in less than 30 mins.

Submitted my application for renewal. The area was crowded but the movement was fast and smooth. The staff was very helpful at each counter.Within 45 minutes we were done with the procedure. Finally they handed back the cancelled passport and the application with the photocopies . Now waiting for the Police Verification and receipt of the new passport
