Passport Seva Kendra, Amreli

I visited Passport Seva Amreli for my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). I had all the required documents prepared strictly according to the official guidelines. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one staff member, who was rude and unprofessional. There was no proper explanation provided regarding the process or the issue, and the communication was unclear and discouraging. As a government service center, I expect polite behavior, professionalism, and clear guidance, especially when applicants make the effort to follow all rules and procedures. I hope the authorities take this feedback seriously and improve staff conduct so others do not face a similar experience.

Worst passport office ever. Our appointed time is nothing here, first come will serve first and there is no security guard for guiding people. Snails are faster than employees working here. There is a toilet near the PSK , we cannot sit here closing nose with kerchief , smell of urine is terrific . I chose this place because of Rajkot PSK has no date of appointment. Learned a lesson, it was a tragic.

Only One person in office who does all things single handedly turn by turn.. No importance of Appointment time taken or documents uploaded online.. No space for sitting/waiting just all the sign boards hanged as per required SOP. Really Bad and time consuming experience @popsk-Amreli

Website says no xerox print required, but the employee at reporting desk insists printed copy. And the thing is, thats not for the documentation, it's required to just pass this page to call you from waiting area. Even that can be done with just pieces of normal blank paper.

Worst service ever... They talking to each other but not even taking the turn.. what the hell is this and why they are treated well by passport office!! Everyone seriously you should take actions. They are not taking turn as per tokens!!
