Thay need to improve service. no one gives proper answer. office staff is very bad behaviour with customer, the haven't senses how to talk . less with their work experience. please choose other passport seva kendra.

I went for passport renewal, the birth date was the same in the old passport and all other documents but in the new passport that was made, it was written wrongly. Due to one mistake of their staff, I had to pay passport renewal fees for the second time. please choose other passport seva kendra.

They are not informative and patient at all . Worst behaviour.

Dear MEA, I raised this complaint not because of my application is not processed but I raised this complaint because it's an eye opener case for you & your team and in the future MEA provide better service for his Customer, This complaint is not against his work but it's against for desk Executive behaviour, As schedule I reached Anand passport seva centre for processing reissue my passport but due to small name correction in my father name ***Kumar to ***Bhai they informed me we are not abled to any change or correction in anand passport seva centre so you must be visit Ahmedabad or Vadodara passport office I acknowledge his information but I had some query regarding this, So I go to seating arrangement area and sitting the chair and tray to dial helpline number of passport seva centre, But without any reason the desk Executive is missing behavior with me and he told me you didn't sit here go outside of the passport seva center branch, I told him just one minute I'll go, But they again rudely behaviour with me and they shouting me and told me go out side didn't listening me and call to Clarke to push me out the branch, Really what a disgusting behaviour with me and I don't know but I think many customer is facing same type of behavior issues but they didn't raise the complain, "In this summer time desk staff are not providing seating facilities to customer", So, I request you please take a strong action against @Anand passport seva center desk Executive so again they not do this any another customer,

Rude staff, there is no power backup in Passport office, due to which appointment had to be rescheduled. On top of it bad behaviour by the staff in the office.. completely useless office.

Why land line of passport office not working . Fir some little information do u expect people to come on such heat from long distance costing 400 in aito at 80 yrs? Kindly activate conyact no

First staff have so much attitude. Whenever someone ask about anything that they don't know at that time.. Person who done verification.. His attitude is very rude... They need to behave well and another thing is staff must be change... It was awful experience to visit this office... Specially staff bcoz they act like someone force them to do their duty that....another thing is, it doesn't matter what is your reporting time.. They give priority their relatives... And i suggest each and every person just don't ever visit this negative place specially Staff.. Try to visit baroda passport office it is very well done.
