For an infant below 2 years, we are already providing the passports of both parents, yet these officials are asking for both parents' Aadhaar cards -- which is not even mandatory. It seems like they are trying to create their own rules. This matter needs serious attention from the concerned authorities, as such behavior only wastes people's time

Service is not good; even with an appointment, waiting time is 2-3 hours late. Document verification process is very slow and poorly managed.

Great service. There were 3 staff members working, they're pretty fast and efficient. i was in and out 30 minutes.

3 October 2025 I have reached at 1.15 pm at afternoon And over here at bardoli passport office we have waited for over 3 hrs and still the appointment number was going on at 11.10 am my appointment was at 2.15 pm when i have asked them they gave the reason that internet connection is working slow.

Passport Seva Kendra - Bardoli Located inside the Bardoli Post Office building, this center is a great facility for local citizens who no longer need to travel to Surat for passport-related work. Pros: Convenient location for people of Bardoli and nearby villages Basic services like document verification, photo capture, and biometric are done on-site Saves time, money, and travel hassles Staff is helpful and tries to manage crowd efficiently Areas for Improvement: No token system is available - applicants have to wait even after having an appointment Time schedule is not followed properly - delays can happen even for early appointments Non-AC waiting area and center, which can be uncomfortable, especially during summer Children below 4 years are still photographed at the center, despite appointment slip mentioning to carry a photo instead (as per passport rules for minors) Tip for Parents: If applying for a passport for a child under 4 years, carry the photograph anyway and be prepared for on-spot photography. Overall, this center is a welcome step for Bardoli, but there's scope for improvement in process and facilities.

Passport office is located within post office building. It is in back side of post office building.

Visited passport seva kendra Bardoli today with prior appointment.few things were observed at PSK Bardoli. * only one officer working without any subordinate staff is increasing scheduled time. * needs high speed net connection to upload documents. * no good waiting area in premises. I think better service can be given if staff and some good facilities provided.will give higher ratings. Mahendra Bhati
